Love the game but it keeps crashing and I lose my progress in the game so fix it

Everytime i use a power up that i buy, the game crashes and makes me go back to my home phone screen

This game would get five stars, but the game crashes every time you choose to "never give up." This has been an issue for a long time and needs to be fixed immediately.

This game is really fun Im impressed but whenever I go to the shop I know it sais close, but when I tap it, it wont close! (but everything else is fine) I WANNA KNOW BADLY

This game would easily be my favorite among anything else Ive played if it werent for two things. First, the bugs. Various features are COMPLETELY broken such as continuing the game with the power up or Never give up! option. This crashes the client and the power up takes your gold but does nothing after that. This bug has been around for a VERY long time, but the app has not been updated. Secondly, certain features are never explained. I still dont understand how the inescapable, hero-freezing, shark invested floods happen... or for that matter, what to do when they do occur. These things really ruin this could-be perfect game for me at least, and I would put 5 stars if it were not for them.
